The Santa Rosa Tennis Association is having a mixer offering plenty of food, snacks, beer and some GREAT TENNIS!!!

Time: 6:30PM - 10PM

Cost: $10.00 per person for SRTA members
$25.00 for non members - which includes a 1 year membership to the SRTA which gives you tournament, mixer and clinic discounts as well as helping grow the game in the Greater Pensacola area through grants and sponsorships.

So come on out and play a fun-filled evening of tennis with all your friends !

2nd Annual St. Patty's Tennis Tournament at The Club in Gulf Breeze, FLWelcome to The Club's 2nd Annual St. Patty's Tournament.

The unique format provides tennis all weekend in flighted (possibly handicapped) men's and ladies' doubles. It is an opportunity to join with that special friend for a great weekend of tennis and fun. We hope you can join us!

Fees: $60 per player includes...
  • Saturday lunch
  • Saturday evening cookout
  • Horsehoe competition
  • Sunday lunch
  • Trophies
  • T-shirs
  • Adult Beverages
  • All the Tennis you can handle!
Non-playing guests may enjoy all meals and beverages for an additional $25
About the tournament:
  • Each doubles team will be flighted according to levels of ability.
  • There will be six doubles teams in each flight, and each team will play four matches.
  • A match will consist of two out of three sets, no-ad scoring with the 3rd set being a 12-point tiebreaker. Handicaps may be awarded.
  • The top two teams in each flight will qualify for the final playoff.
PLEASE let BRIAN know by Thursday, March 11, if you need a special starting time over the weekend - we will try our best.

No child care will be available this year.

Fort Walton Beach

This year's Emerald Coast Association of Realtor's USTA $25,000 Women's Challenger will feature its strongest field yet, boasting two former Grand Slam champions and four Wimbledon semifinalists. Players from forty countries, several of whom rank in the top 100 in the world, have registered to compete in the week-long tournament to earn valuable WTA ranking points.

All but three of the registered Main Draw players competed in the January, 2010 Australian Open! Local tennis fans will have a unique opportunity to see these world class tennis players at a distance of a few feet. With the exception of the finals, admission to this tournament is free. New to the tournament, which is now in its fifth year, will be a "featured match" each weekday at 4:30 P.M. To make the event more accessible to the working community.

There are ten American women slated to play the qualifying rounds, one of whom, Alexandra Stevenson, is a former Wimbledon semifinalist.

The Pink Ribbon Tournament again opens with the always popular Calcutta for a Cure Pro-Am with your host Brian Sakey! Don't miss your opportunity to be teammates with one of our amazing area pros.

The sign-up sheet is out at Roger Scott, and is filling up fast!

Cost:
  • $35.00 for Players
  • $10.00 for Non-Players includes dinner by Honey Baked Ham and adult beverages.

Calcutta bidding begins at 6 p.m. and play will begin after bidding is complete!

Teams consist of:
  • One pro and three amateurs
  • 16 point format per round
  • Each player serves a total of four times
  • Minimum of seven rounds

Men AND women are welcome to play!
