The Greater Pensacola Ladies Tennis League (GPLTL)
The Greater Pensacola Ladies Tennis League (GPLTL) was founded in 1977 by a group of ladies who desired an organized league for competitive tennis at a recreational level.
Today the GPLTL has over 1000 members and 10 flights of teams from 13 participating tennis facilities who compete during fall and spring seasons of play.
The GPLTL maintains a competitive spirit within the framework of friendship, good sportsmanship, and community. The ladies of the GPLTL come together off of the courts as well to support such worthy causes as the Pink Ribbon Tennis Tournament, The USTA Womens 40s & 50s Clay Court Nationals, the Super Senior Mother & Daughter Clay Court Championships, and Tennis 4 Everyone.
